Reservation policies

House rules

• No smoking or vaping indoors. A $300 additional cleaning charge applies to violations.
• No parties, events, unregistered visitors or pets.
• Only registered guests may occupy the property.
• Guests are responsible for avoidable damage during their stay.

Cancellations

For cancellations made at least 14 full days before check-in, eligible accommodation charges may be refunded according to the terms shown at checkout. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in, no-shows and early departures are non-refundable. Cleaning fees are returned when a stay does not begin.
